Dear Members and Friends,

I am writing to ask for your input to assess how well we are
meeting our church mission. Please click on the link below to
participate in an all-church spiritual self-assessment. We want to
hear from you — our members and friends — on how best we
should move forward in carrying out God’s purpose and mission
for The Church of the Living God. The attached survey will take
about 15 minutes to complete and will provide you with an
opportunity to comment to help improve our church.

Our vision is to make The Love Corner Experience a 5-Star
Worship Experience. As in the hotel and other industries, 5-Stars
represent the ultimate in the Very Best. We want to be first class in
all aspects of our service to God our Father and to those we have
been assigned by Him to serve.

Please be prayerful and take time to reflect on your responses to
each question. Your responses will help gauge how well we are
meeting your needs, the needs of the neighborhood, along with
the needs of the Champaign-Urbana community and beyond.

The results of the survey will provide an opportunity for you to
share your anonymous views and observations on certain aspects
of our ministry. The Long Range Strategic Plan Committee is very
interested in your responses, and will use the feedback to help
develop our 5-year strategy for church growth.
